Enjoyable cinematic arcade shooter.

A game where you can separate the gameplay from the story, tuning out one and focusing on the other.
It can be thought of as a bunch of shooting galleries connected by cutscenes in place of loading screens, or as a story of a descent into chaos with little shooting bits mixed in between. And there is no shortage of chaos, as Max finds himself thrust into increasingly messy and uncomfortable scenarios, the intentional video artifacts no doubt helping to portray that style.

There are a few gripes that I have with the game, like the fairly large 30GB file size and the slightly nauseating side effect of having the whole game feel like a fever dream, but as a whole, I quite like it.

Elegance in simplicity. A basic parkour game that's just nice.
Only drawback is, at 30 minutes long, it's up to personal opinion whether it's worth the cost.

CS:GO Review
Part twitch shooter and part tactical, both of which are fairly important and you can win with either one as long as you're good at it. There's a lot to learn, so expect to put in at least a hundred hours getting the hang of everything. The game also only allows you to enter competitive matches when you've played a couple of hours in other game modes, so definitely not for the time conscious.

Guns feel satisfying, graphics/art style still hold up, game is extremely linear but that doesn't make the story boring. Also a piece of history, being the first Source engine game and the title that spawned the infamous HL3 hullabablu.

Feels like Hotline Miami but from a side view

Has a dark setting as you can tell by the screenshots
A bit more strategy than action as you plan first, shoot later
Soundtrack is lovely, same guy who made the Risk of Rain OST
Gunplay and melee feel fantastic, comparable to Hotline Miami. Every shot and every hit packs a punch, and the feedback from the weapon's sound or animation or something lets you know that.

If you want to get into the Arkham series, I'd recommend playing Asylum first because of
1) Gliding speed and
2) (to a lesser extent) Graphics

Each entry in the Arkham games(with the exception of Origins because different dev team) has improved on both, and I find it to be a sortof pet peeve when replaying the series. After playing Arkham City, gliding in Asylum just felt clunky, and the game also looked really dated, even though I remember having an amazing experience playing Asylum the first time round.

Plus, there are a couple of references to the events of Arkham Asylum in Arkham City and even moreso in Arkham Knight, although I don't think it's enough to disrupt each game's story too much, so you can play the games in whichever order you want.

Basic rundown is
Asylum = Story
City = Gameplay
Origins = ehh
Knight = Story and Gameplay, at the risk of being convoluted

imo

Decently fun game, with a level of polish that's expected of a AAA game. Gets kinda tedious and repetitive around the middle, where the parkour and the collectibles and the similar missions started to wear on me. Still, I would recommend having a taste of at least 1 AC game(they're all more or less the same anyway), and AC2 is the fan favourite.

Beautiful game. Has a kinda artsy feel to it, with the absence of dialogue and wonderful animation, as well as with the way it introduces game mechanics to the player.

TF2 is a game that many people would consider great. Why? Because of a number of reasons.
-Free
-Pretty easy to learn how to play
-Fun characters
See how so many people have sunk hundreds, even thousands of hours into this game? That's because of the insane amount of content, like weapons, maps and gamemodes.

Weapons:
You get roughly 1 weapon every hour or so of playing this game, with a limited number you can get every week. As such, it will take anyone an ungodly amount of time to get every weapon in the game. However, the default weapons are already fun to mess around with, so there's really no hurry to get more. If you really want more weapons, you can either trade with other players or buy them through the store, although the prices are unfairly steep. Note that in order to trade most items, you have to buy something in the store, of any price. However, even when not including the weapons, the game is still very fun to play.

Maps and gamemodes:
These refer to both official and community-created. There are many maps and gamemodes, so if the usual capture the points, king of the hill or capture the flag are not your cup of tea, then you can explore the strange world of TF2 custom made maps/gamemodes, like mario_kart, orange maps, fullcrit servers, the slenderman gamemode, jailbreak, deathrun, surf, and so many more. Also, if you want, you can try profiting from TF2 by idling in servers and getting weapons, eventually getting enough to sell or trade and, very, very slowly, getting items that are actually worth something to sell on the steam market or something, although, this would seem to be a very rare occurrence due to the patience and luck you will need.
Be warned, though, that TF2's popularity is slowly dwindling, so it might be difficult to find servers with custom maps/gamemodes with low latency.

All in all, Team Fortress 2 is a fantastic game, and since it's free, you don't really have much to lose in downloading and playing it. Even though it's an old game and it's not as popular as it used to be, it has provided me with many memories, especially since it's my first game on Steam.
