While my review says I would not recommend this game to others, that is only partially true. I'm a long time fan of the series so of course I want to get other people to play this, but I would highly suggest not purchasing on PC due to optimization issues. At first it seems alright but as I play the game further I encounter increasing issues with the game. First was a framerate issue which seems to be stable enough for now, then constant black triangles that flicker onto the screen when in certain areas and the camera facing certain directions which progressively got worse at first but slowly went away leading me to believe it is related to textures having difficulty loading in, and the most recent issue is audio being cut out, akin to when you speak with someone on the phone but they happen to be in a very windy area, however this was not a sound effect as it persisted even in areas where any wind was non existent.

I am concerned going forward with capcom as these issues apparently have been a thing since monster hunter world however on PC I didn't experience them too badly until dragons dogma 2 released. This is a growing pattern in the games industry and I would suggest saving your money until developers and publishers get their heads out of their rears and start optimizing these games the way they should be instead of giving BS excuses for why they can't. I'll continue to play for now but the experience isn't the greatest. I would suggest purchasing the game on consoles as it seems the issues this game has are not as strong if they exist at all on consoles at the moment.
