Short Answer: Yes

PROS:
Solid gameplay, still feels like monster hunter
Focus mode is interesting and better than the whole clutch claw mechanic from Iceborne.
Low rank does a better job of welcoming new people to the franchise than previous entries.
High rank is engaging, perhaps a little more than Worlds was at launch.
Weapon designs looked more varied than base Worlds, which was add a little monster coloring/hair/spikes to the base Ore or Bone weapon.
Meals look great and I like the mix match adding of ingredients
Decent mix of old and new monsters
Environments feel even more alive overall

CONS:
Performance issues do exist. If you have a capable rig and you can run the game decently, you might at the very least run into minor issues here and there (textures not loading fully or a popped out polygon, etc.). I did have to do some adjusting in the settings as I played to find something of a balance that worked well for me. Some people might not even have to do that though.
Missing a true invader monster from what I can see thus far in game (i.e. Deviljo, Betelguese, Banbaro).
(More of a want) More Monsters

Overall: Its a fun experience both solo and with friends.

Short answer: Awesome mmo to play. I recommend trying it out if you haven't already.

Long answer: So I been playing the game since launch off and on through out the years and I will say It is a good game to play and imo one of the best action tab target hybrid mmo's out there. The skills are interesting and can be a lot of fun to do builds, figuring out what skills you can tie together to make great combos.
World Bosses are fun to fight (A few of them and some of the large story fights do feel pretty epic). The dungeons are a good experience if different from the norm in the genre. The open world events and exploration is some of the best I've seen in mmos. The Raids and the Challenge Mode Strikes content is a lot of fun for the high levels who want a challenge.
The game has come a long way from when it launched back in 2012 as far as story goes. The story in the core game isn't the greatest imo but is passable. The Living World Seasons and the Expansions really make the story better and very fun to get into.
The gear progression is not a vertical progression like in other mmos (WoW, FFXIV, etc.) so you are not chasing the ever moving goal post of top gear in the game. A lot of it eventually once you get the highest tier available is getting the glamour.
The mounts are a lot of fun to use and master. Each has unique skills to overcome terrain and attacking enemies.
PvP is some of the best in the genre. Everyone is basically equal in PvP. Mainly relies on skill and how you setup your character. World vs World is probably one of my favorites to do as it pits 3 servers against each other to take over territory and forts or siege other server's forts.
The gem store (cash shop) isn't too oppressive imo, its there and you know its there, however, you can grind out getting gold to transfer into gems to buy whats there if you do not wish to spend the money (you can get the living seasons and upgrade expansions in this way as well).
The did have an issue with content drops being sporadic and sometimes long droughts inbetween in the past but so far since the newest expansion drop (and a bit before it really) they've been on point with setting expectations and delivering content.
All in all though the experience has been great. One of the few mmos I keep going back to and playing. Respects my time as well as I feel like Im not always playing gear catch up or something like that. Anyhow thats my review. Have fun and good luck if you decide to get the game!

Short Answer: Awesome Game. Highly recommend.

Long Answer: It's a fantastic game. If you like the Souls series (Demon and Dark Souls, etc.), then you're probably going to like this game as well as it follows a similar play style. Biggest difference between past titles and this one would be the open world aspect.

For new players to these type of games, this game can be difficult. I would recommend to take things slow, try out different weapons and skills as you get them and play with what feels best. Dying is a natural thing in these games and taken as part of the learning process. Take note how you died and add to what you need to avoid, block, etc. the next time. This game has very limited hand holding so it's only going to point you in the general direction of main objectives (as with the map and graces). The optional tutorial at the beginning is going to be a good start for most. Reading what the NPCs are saying is a must on side quests and even then just exploring and remembering places of interests is a must. Pro-tip: Marking said places on your map can be very helpful. Also for those tough enemies, most of the time, you can summon friends/allies/NPCs to help you overcome them. Note though if you summon other players it will open you to invasion of pvp players, if you summon players for boss fights though (other than open world ones), it will not affect you.

Story and lore is still somewhat sparse like in previous titles but I would go to say it is has more of it than previous titles, perhaps due to the larger/open area of the game. If you like lore I would recommend talking to NPCs, reading item descriptions, checking out places like the giant stone swords you see in varies places.

The graphics are great. A lot a beautiful areas and some 'oh god why ones' (goes with the theme and lore of the game I assure you lol). Definitely better than in past titles.

I would say this is fast becoming one of my favorite game (DS3 was my favorite FromSoftware game). At a 150 hours in, I'm enjoying exploring every area I come across and helping other players with boss fights.

If your pc meets all the requirements, for the most part you'll be fine. You may have to tweak some settings but that goes for a lot of newly launched games. I've had minimal issues. Only encountered slight stuttering (which could of been due to the servers since it mostly happens when I'm cooping or invading) and only crashed a couple of times so far but usually have a pretty long session with it (again only really happened when I was trying to multiplayer with friends). I did have at launch an issue with the game not reading my controller but fixed it when I removed the other controllers that were listed in Steam.

I would say it was definitely worth what I paid for the game (bought two copies, one for me and one for my roommate). If we went a $1 per hour, I've already went past what I paid and enjoyed every bit of it.

If you made it down here, then thank you for reading this and for your time! I hope I helped give a good glimpse on what this game is like based on my experience and opinion. :D

Early Access Review
Highly recommend picking up this gem! There's simply too much to list that I like about this game but I will attempt to. The music fits very well imo. Weather effects, sunset, sunrise, etc. are done extremely well that can make for beautiful scenes. Building is fun & flexible and crafting is pretty straight forward. Piloting the boat is fun and makes sense as well. Little things like dragging a cart behind to carry back more stuff to camp or making a trail so the cart has an easier time going back and forth or enemies take more damage from one weapon than another really make this game shine. 10/10 would have a tree fall on me again.

Very fun game! I been a fan of the series since the first game came out on the SNES. I haven't run into any issues playing the game. Solid Fighter-type game. Ultra combo still just as satisfying as when I first did it on the SNES. All in all I recommend it.

This game is a lot of fun with friends. It's a small game but addictive to play with good people who don't take things personally. For $5 or free on mobile devices, its quite worth it.

If you're an innocent, complete tasks and figure out who the impostor(s) are. If you're an impostor, sabotage, fake tasks, and of course kill the innocent players. Of course there's more to it (like can you direct suspicion onto an innocent player while being the impostor?) but that's pretty much all there is to the game itself.

All in all a solid game. I recommend it. 10/10
