You can get decently strong a few hours in and that's when the real fun begins. All my playtime is on the Steam Deck. With some tweaking I was able to get a stable 30fps. Use the back buttons to your advantage, made it easier to play especially using it to toggle run instead of clicking the analog sticks.

I actually enjoyed this game a lot. Lack of an endgame but overall it was fun. But they tried to do something scummy by changing their release date from 2021 to 2024. So I'm leaving a negative review just for that.

I'm someone who is always intrigued by survival games but is too intimidated by them. Dysmantle simplifies the formula but still keeps the loop addictive. Highly recommended if you're a survival newbie and looking to get your feet wet.

Flawless game. Each level is masterfully designed and aesthetics are brilliant. I don't see any other game being my GotY for 2021.

GOTY 2020

Only started playing a few weeks ago and I'm glad I did. I love it. It's gorgeous. It gives me a sense of wonder. The base building is fun and it's just relaxing to play. They have done a fantastic job updating this to be such a gem. I will definitely look forward to anything else they make in the future.

Definitely recommend this game. The story starts off small and gradually builds into a more complex conspiracy. I wish it had Japanese voice acting.

Pros:
+ Beautiful environments
+ Unique and cool characters
+ Well developed world that makes me want to know more
+ Stealth gameplay adds a bit an interesting layer to the XCOM style tactics combat

Cons:
- Combat can be a little tiring as you need to wait for strays to walk away from the main group to take them out
- Strategy mostly relies on stealth and doing your work early.
- Game is relatively short, especially for the full price.

I really loved this game and highly recommend it. The price vs game time might deter others though so I recommend getting it at a discount. Around $20 is a good price for this.

This is a lovely game. It's post-apocalyptic side-scrolling puzzle adventure game. It has a very nice length and doesn't overstay it's welcome. I can only recommend this game for people that like games that are mostly about exploration. The combat is pretty solid, the art style is nice to look at but there's not much variety here.
