At the time of writing this, I have 271 mods. Going from TTW to this has been a trip, but the settlement building and weapon configuration has been pretty great.

Weapon durability is no longer a thing, which personally is fantastic to me, no more not using the guns I like because I don't want to damage them!

I would say that a dialogue interface mod is required, the moment I had to talk to the vault-tec rep and I saw the dumb default wheel thingy was the first and last time I actually laid eyes on that dumb thing. The one I use is XDI, eXtended Dialogue Interface.

I've done it all, man. I have my own prydwen as a workshop item, all I had to do was setscale to make it the right size and fill the empty spaces with my own rooms. Sure, the game crashes if I accidentally try to pick up the ship instead of the items I'm placing on it, but that's just details I guess.

I got fancy guns, protectrons that repair and heal everyone at settlements as well as act as police and mailmen and caravans, I got all my companions with me, I got tank turrets, I got it all man. I'm gonna take over the institute instead of blowing it up, I'm playing as Queen-♥♥♥♥♥♥♥-Chrysalis, and none of this magic would have ever happened if my friend hadn't gifted me this amazing mess of a game.
