Sending cease and desists to fans who are making a better product than you may be legal but it's not moral, keep your scummy business to your videogames and leave the old games you guys abandoned to fans who actually care.

Give justice to the man who gave your videogame it's whole soul and made it undoubtedly better and memorable. Mick Gordon deserves better.
