Hello and thank you for letting us know that you've encountered an issue with Ubisoft Connect when trying to play Anno 1800. I'm terribly sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused and I'm hoping that we can clear up any issues with the launcher so that you can return to enjoying the game as it's intended!

To start, please ensure that you have the game installed on the same drive as Steam and Ubisoft Connect as this will make sure that there is no miscommunication between the game and the launchers. Then, I would clear the cache in Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com] and run it with administrator rights[www.ubisoft.com]. However, if there are still some issues persisting with the launcher afterwards then you may need to uninstall and reinstall Ubisoft Connect[www.ubisoft.com]. Justt make sure to backup your saved files[www.ubisoft.com] first.

However, if you are still seeing some problems with the launcher when trying to play your game then please contact us by creating a support case[www.ubisoft.com]. From there you can then attach[www.ubisoft.com] your launcher logs[www.ubisoft.com].
