I won't complain about the game. She's great. All fans of the genre know what this game is and what they are paying for. But this is not my case.
I paid for the game, paid for the service, but actually did not receive it.

Therefore, I will not write about the game, but about the fantastically unprofessional and indifferent Ubisoft Support Service.

So, the game was purchased and immediately launched.
I played for about two hours, then quit the game.
Already during the next launch, I discovered that I could not start the game. In some strange way, it simply wasn’t in the library of my Ubisoft account.
And this is the wildest thing. The game is in the Steam library, like several other games in the ANNO series. It's obvious that I spent a couple of hours in the game. I have a receipt for purchasing the game. But the game is not in the Ubisoft library, and, of course, I can’t launch it!

Of course, like any normal person, I simply write to Ubisoft Support and hope that they will help me in a couple of days and I can finally get access to the PAID game.
Well, it's not that simple...
Next, guys, it was just a circus performance, otherwise I can’t call this communication with Support.

I write to Ubisoft, describe the problem in detail, attach screenshots and wait for help. Let's start with the fact that I had to wait a week. And what do you think they answered me?

In total, I received five absolutely identical script messages asking me to wait because the guys were very busy. Our dialogue lasted from February 28 to April 4, and then surprise, surprise - my appeal was simply closed.

Um, well, I won’t go into too much detail about the fact that this was not my only appeal and describe my bewilderment, indignation and shock. I persistently created new requests, and as you can guess from the joyful tone of this story, I was never given access to the game I paid for. And, the funniest thing is that during all this time a living person has never answered me. They constantly answered me with scripts.

Therefore, when purchasing this product, think twice.
It is quite possible that due to some technical bug, you will never be able to appreciate all the delights of the game and will simply donate money to the developer.

I still can't believe that such a misunderstanding can happen in the civilized world, friends. My preferences are clearly visible in my library and I adore games of this type. I dreamed about this game, I bought additional content and was looking forward to my impressions. I'm not a bot or an idiot - I made every effort to solve this problem myself, looking for different options. But the fact remains a fact. I did not get access to the product I paid for and no one is going to help me with it.

Game itself is very good but Ubisoft Connect absolutely ruins it. I paid £50 for this game and I've only been able to play 20 hours of it because now it won't launch no matter what I do

Game could be good, but its Ubisoft, so probably taken away after 10 years, because "gamers should be comfortable not owning their games.". Which they did with the Crew 1. Please avoid Ubisoft at all costs.
