Most sequels to movies, TV shows, games, etc have always been a huge disappointment to me. BUT NOT THIS ONE!

The devs have somehow managed to take elements from the first game and completely knock it out of the park with this sequel. The puzzles are much more challenging this time and the music/sound design make the game even more thrilling. I can't even begin to explain how great the visuals are in this game, especially towards the later stages. Each moment could potentially be a wallpaper.

I would have rated the game a solid 10/10 if it wasn't for a few minor bugs that forced me to restart a level. However, all the other elements make up for those little inconveniences. The game's price might steer many away from it but it was personally worth it for me, highly recommended!

Finally they added back the old feature where you can make private rooms to play with up to 9 friends! Time to steal all my friend's money >:D

After listening to Journey's OST [open.spotify.com] for so many years, I was excited to finally play the game once it launched on PC this week, and what an experience it was!

Listening to the OST on it's own is one thing, but the way the music is paired with the atmosphere and scenes just takes it to another level. The visuals are simply stunning. I found myself staring at the world and taking screenshots each time we went to a new zone. Definitely one of the best art styles in any game I've played so far!

Gameplay is simple yet very interesting. The addition of a 2nd player into the world makes things more fun. You can somehow try and communicate with your teammate even though there are no words or chat feature. Towards the end of the game I fell off the map and thought my teammate would just go ahead without me and complete the game, which made me a bit upset after spending around 2 hours in the game with him/her. I was shocked when I later saw him/her also jump off on purpose just to come and stand beside me while we both fought our way back to the top of the mountain and finished the game together. What a great moment! :)

10/10 would recommend.

Please note that this is my opinion on the game so please don't go hating on this review.

I personally don't recommend the game simply because of the mechanics. The attacking action feels waaaay too slow to enjoy. It feels like there is an anchor tied to the weapon, you really feel the weight of it while attacking which is super annoying in my opinion. But, what makes it worse for me is that the action while blocking is super fast. I don't understand why blocking is so insanely quick while attacking feels like slow motion.

Again, I know many will disagree with me but this was my reason for refunding the game and giving it a negative review.

I was in search for something calm and relaxing to play on the side and Refunct was just perfect for that. Although the gameplay was very short, it was extremely satisfying and very much worth the purchase.

The game has a simple yet appealing art style which is beautifully complimented by the soundtrack. As mentioned earlier, the game is very calm and can be played with ease. However, if you're looking for a bit of fun, you can also try speed running the map which can be quite challenging since you will need to sort of memorize the map!

The end of the game is guaranteed to leave a smile on your face. 100% recommended!

I bought this game when it first released maybe around 2 years ago but it was poorly optimized at the time so I had to refund it.

Seeing the recently reviews and hearing good stuff about the new update, I decided to take advantage of the fact that the game is on 50% sale and give it another try.

Sadly, the game disappointed me yet again. Firstly, it is still not yet optimized - I have a GTX1070 with 32GB RAM and other high end PC parts, yet the game constantly stutters and has massive fps drops. I checked with a few friends who got the game and 2 of them confirmed to have the same issues and all 3 of us ended up refunding the game yet again.

However, the fps issue was not the main reason to refund the game. The gameplay is extremely boring and this is just my opinion. It sucks that you need to keep mining for resources and repairing your kit pretty much every few mins in order to survive coz of the radiation. What if I just wanna explore the world and see what's around?

Maybe I'm just too impatient but I had high hopes for this game and its a definite no for me in the end.
