Listen here, I'm gonna be frank with you guys.

This game is amazing. It surpasses what many AAA games at the same price point has to offer and more (excluding The Witcher 3, of course). It has countless hours of exploration, fun combat and zany easter eggs packed in a nice package.

But this is not the Fallout game a lot of fans have been waiting for. The RPG elements are lacking, the voiced protagonist hobbles overall replayability (due to limited ways to roleplay) and the endings are just...♥♥♥♥♥♥.

The newest DLC that have been released - Far Harbor, in particular - have gone a long way to try and fix it, but that's another story.

So, final verdict:


TL;DR: If you want an amazing open world shooter, this is it! If you're looking for an amazing Fallout game, either get New Vegas, or mod the absolute ♥♥♥♥ out of Fallout 4 and its DLC.

Some tracks are taken directly from Fallout 3 and the amount of radio stations available are minimal.[/td] [/tr] [tr] [td]Combat[/td] [td]Hell to the fucking YES! Bethesda have really taken some tips from the likes of Machine Games and id Software on this one. Every weapon is fun to use and combat flows smooth enough that you don't have to constantly resort to VATS[/td] [/tr] [tr] [td]Story[/td] [td]Underwhelming. The main story line feels rather cliched at times and I constantly lost interest in it due to the amount of sidequests and random tangents you can get yourself lost in in the massive wasteland of Boston. That beoing said, the sidequests are a hell of a lot of fun to do![/td] [/tr] [tr] [td]Graphics[/td] [td]The graphics look very dated at times due to the fossil that is the Creation Engine and it's not really optimized that much.
