Bloodborne: The RPG! ★ 4/5 ★
I love how the main character Jonathan is this sharp-dressed doctor, private eye, and towers over the general public with his incredible height. You don't have to drink blood to survive per se, but the more innocent citizens you eat, the more horrifying you look—and it's even more comedic how everyone still sees you as a friendly neighbourhood doctor, what with your beaming red eyes and skin like decrepit bone china. Combat is practically the same as bloodborne but without the trick weapon system, great game for soulsborne fans and/or the average cello music enjoyer.

Cons:
For a game being based around choices, it's strange for them to include a forced romance. For me it detracted from the narrative quite a bit; I made neutral remarks about the romantic interest, but regardless of what you say or do Jonathan is still weak in the knees for a lady who looks like a controlled hot mess (and not in the fun sexy way sadly). I also feel like this game could have more choices in general, not just "to eat this person or to not"; on that note, it doesn't need 4 endings, just 2 would have been more appropriate.

If you're starting the game for the first time, I recommend using story mode; enemies are not as strong and if you eat more citizens you get incredible amounts of EXP used to unlock all the cool combat features of the game. Eat everyone!! Go nuts!!!!!

Aside from Skyrim, one of the best open-world rpg games I've ever played.
Like Skyrim but with a real ghoul cowboy.
I really need this to be re-released on the switch, my thanks to Todd in advance.

It's hard not to love the incredible amount of dedication put into this game.

Nice artwork, a refreshing variety of music, and overall a pretty neat game!

It has everything you love about Minecraft, Bloodborne, and any RPG ever in one game!

Satiates all your eldritch, tactical, fantasy needs with unique game mechanics and an immersive atmosphere!

A great deal of improvment when compared to the first game in this series, although currently the Mac OSX version seems to be a little bit buggy other than that it plays like a dream!
