It may or may not take a moment for me to respond. I live in the USA, on Pacific Standard Time. If you live in a European state, or have a time zone opposite to mine, communication may only happen day-by-day, so future apologies if this annoys or upsets you in any way.
If you're talking about the first part, finding the 'ISP' they mention, follow the steps below;
1. Connect to a node that has a timer. (The Entry Test server if you need one.)
2. Launch a port cracker.
3. Wait for the timer to run out.
4. Once it runs out, you'll be given a 'Failsafe' screen, telling you how to avert the trace. Press the button that is shown.
5. Hack into the ISP Mainframe IP listed in the bottom left, and once hacked, search for your IP with the 'Search for IP' button, and assign your IP a new one.
6. Give yourself a pat on the back, because you averted a trace, and now have the 'BlackCorp ISP Service' node in the bottom center of your screen on your nmap.
