Fun game. Once you get the game play loop, it's a great idle game to play while doing other things.

Preface: I did refund the game.

The game has potential. The concept seems fun; it's Polytopia meets CSGO with bots.

The problem is that the game is very buggy. You'll frequently experience softlocks that prevent you from moving squads between districts, recruiting new members, and leaving you with the only option to skip your turn.

I've read that the game's save system is also broken; I wouldn't know myself as I didn't use that function.

The FPS portions are okay. The bots are very simple. From what I can tell, the core of the game is predicated on a RPS (rock-paper-scissors) system where each weapon has a subsequent weapon they are either strong or weak against when it comes to deciding combat effectiveness (could be wrong) as I've had it occur several times where my 15 man squad is decimated to 3 by an enemy 2 man squad when I had combat set to calculate rather than play out the fight.

Another reason for my inclination to believing there is an RPS system is because where some enemies seem to always land headshots, others seem to always miss and the only reason I can think of for that is that there is some interaction for the bots with their weapon type results in them getting less accuracy based on player weapon vs their weapon.

If you choose to play this game, my biggest piece of advice is to avoid long sightlines; you'll get headshot long before you see an enemy.

I'll keep following to see if it improves because I really like the idea of this game.

Developer suggestion: Please put a preview of what your gang members are wearing (pattern/colour of their pants, shirt, hat) next to their weapon icon.

If you take the time to play through the primary story campaign in the game, you'll get your money's worth right out the gate. The lore, exploration, and freedom of expression is everything I wanted in an open universe, space exploration title. I did not expect the lore to hit so hard or go the direction that it did.

If you have complaints about aspects of the game, there's a good chance there is a lore based reason (or justification) for it.

Bugs do exist, but most are very minor and go away with a client reset.

Great game for pick up and play. A bit grindy when it comes to progression but the variety of abilities and gameplay loop make this game very enjoyable in short, few hour bursts. Definitely not a game to be played for extended gaming sessions, in my opinion.

Great, diverse combat, exciting exploration, wide variety of enemies, and freedom to play pretty much any way you want.

Cute game with a delightful aesthetic that allows you to play the game with a friend without both of you owning a copy. Highly recommend!

Great game. It has come a long way from it's Early Access beginings and anyone who says it's worse than it was in EA is full of ♥♥♥♥.

Desync has recently been solved (during routine maintanence no less), hackers are getting squashed, region selection is gone, and combat feels good most of the time.

There are still a few server issues I'm experiencing (Network Lag Detected), but other than that, everything is great.

Cute af. I recommend it with or without the adult patch.

Paid mods in Single Player games is a no go. I won't purchase single player games with microtransactions and I sorely regret purchasing this game when it came out.

I loved playing this game but the direction that Bethesda is taking all their work into is a dark, dark place. Don't let it happen.

If you do purchase this game, don't even look at the Creation Club ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Don't even give it a chance.
