I can only recommend this if you've already played Yakuza: Like a Dragon. If you have (and enjoyed it), you'll likely enjoy this one even more thanks to some battle system improvements and pacing adjustments.

Great, but quite violent. Engaging 3rd party action game with competent controls and action movie-style cut scenes. Gameplay closest reminds me of the Uncharted series. Recommend a controller.

I highly recommend an SSD for this, probably a controller as well. Substantial open world filled with fraught, fright, mystery, and spectacle. Great single player, probably a frustrating co-op experience.

Fun, but challenging game. Like a 3D Metroidvania. Experiencing some slowdowns here and there (Ryzen 2600/nVidia 1070TI), still troubleshooting why, but in general it plays well.

The guns, boss battles, and improved movement are the stars of this sequel. Plot was alright, couple seemingly weird character decisions, but overall fun enough. The DLC was enjoyable but short, probably best to wait for a sale. Would easily recommend to anyone who enjoyed BL2.
