I feel like I'm being teleported elsewhere when playing this game. It's like being on vacation without leaving my home.

Pretty interesting game with huge potential.
If you love games like Banished, you'll love this one as well.

- The economy mechanics are already advanced
- The different biomes are great
- The card system adds something to the game but particularly at the beginning. After reaching a certain size of city and economy, not that much
- Not too difficult, in Normal mode you can expect to have fully researched the tech tree + all houses level 8 with more than 1k5 population + wonders in less than 10 hours
- Graphics are not the most polished you'll see but the game remains pretty and detailed
- There is always something to do. The kind of game where you are like "ok one more thing then I stop" and 3 hours later, it is 2am, you are still on it.

Some polishments are still needed (early access heh):
- The AI is not always easy to understand. For example, the laborers choose their tasks quite weirdly. Sometimes they are working on the farms and suddenly they go somewhere else to pick up some wood. Not very efficient when you have to harvest before winter.
- The AI opponents are quite useless for the moment, they got stuck too many times in my games, they don't know how to gather a specific resource for example.
- When you reach a large population size (more than 1k5 people in my last game), the engine begins to struggle a bit

Good game overall, kudos to the dev. I'll definitely follow the development, can't wait to see what will come next!

Fantastic city builder, a lot of features and possibilities. It would be great to be able to have more than 9 tiles in the future! :)

Good city builder. The survival aspect of the game is well managed, it can be really tough and you need to be careful when taking decisions.
If you liked games like Banished, you'll like Frostpunk for sure.
