PROS:

• engaging story and unique narration
• amazing level design that truly changes how maps are perceived in different time periods (that also includes changes in gameplay tactics)
• numerous challenging 'side quests' and mini-games for those who like exploration and want to have something more from the game than simply a story
• colourful and diverse visionaries (main antagonists) with their own visions (pun intended) on the loop
• joyful interactions between Colt (protagonist) and his primary rival Julianna that will give you some good chuckles
• gameplay itself is very variable. complete a map with guns blazing or in 'no slabs, no trinkets, no weapons' stealth mode - choice is yours. slab mechanics are similar to powers in Dishonored series but adapted and altered nicely to bring tons of fun when used
• unique pvp invasion mode brings challenge to your routine map approach and rewards you for defeating an invader
• wonderful and captivating soundtrack

CONS:

• peer-to-peer connection and no region select option in pvp mode makes it frustrating to play as invader. 70% of your invading sessions will end up in lag fiesta
• poor optimization to this day. game demands around 5-6gb of vram on low settings. best experienced on PS5
• occasional random crashes

Overall, another gem from Arkane studios and great spiritual successor to Dishonored series.
