The first 100 hours were a lot of fun.

Not bad, but I prefer to play XCOM 2: WotC again.
Everything that happens outside the battlefield is not very interesting.
The new "breach" mechanic got boring quickly.
The new "reinforcements" mechanic is annoying.
Not being able to create my own soldiers is very dissapointing.
I really wanted to like this one, but no.

The game is not bad, but there is too much driving involved.
I never thought Batman had to drive so much.
I would rename this game:

BATMAN: ARKHAM DRIVER

Got bored of driving the batmobile.
I still can't believe it.
But it's true.

- The AI cheats.
- The commentaries are boring.
- The lack of official licenses.

Was fun at first. But got bored in a few days.

This game has potential. I would love to play it again with these changes:

- Let me create my main character.
- Let me pick my companions.
- Make every character level meaningful. Instead of 500 meaningless levels, give me 50 and make them count.
- Character stats mean nothing when you are level 500 and doing 1 trillion damage. This feels wrong.

Good game, but it is so unforgiving that you may have a hard time enjoying it.

There are plenty of good reviews out there. The ones that recommend it and tell you the game is good, are telling you the truth. The ones that don't recommend it and tell you the game is too difficult, are also telling you the truth.

The game is beautiful. The gameplay easy to pick up. The game mechanics take a while to master. Go slow. You may have to restart your game a few times until you get the hang of it. Assembling your party is fun, but don't get too attached to your heroes. Sooner or later you will have to make hard choices.

Tell you what. Go read some reviews and if you decide to get this game, come back and read this 3 tips for a good (less frustrating) start:

(1) Instead of upgrading the skills of your heroes, upgrade the "Experienced Recruits" part of your "Stage Coach". This way you will get better reinforcements for way less money. It's a long game, so you better think long term.

(2) Before activating any curio you find while exploring, check http://darkestdungeon.gamepedia.com/Curio to see if it is worth the risk.

(3) Select your heroes (and their active skills) depending on the kind of enemies you will encounter in the location you will explore. And remember, he who fights and runs away, lives to fight another day.

Good game, but it gets repetitive fast.

I liked the story, it kept me interested.

The variety of characters is also very good.

Gameplay is OK, but not as fun as I expected.
