After playing this game for about 670 hours, I should probably give some comments about it.
RO2 is a great game with a lot of action, events and good gaming company. I can only name few other games which are as good as RO2, like War Thunder or Heroes and Generals (I haven't played them though...). However, RO2 is a special WW2 game in its own way. Shortly: RO2 is a game worth buying and playing!

Can confirm. What makes RO2 special is that it's more realistic than your average shooter, you have a map of 32vs32 where you have roles: from rifleman to squad leader and commander. But unlike other class-based shooters, RO2's roles are more authentic to a World War II experience, 20/32 players will be riflemen, a few will be assault with a submachine gun, a few will have a machine gun, the squad leaders and commanders actually have to behave like their roles to win the game, they can't just play as rifleman with better weapons. Apart of roles, the fighting realism is what makes RO2 great, 1 or 2 bullets are enough to kill you, guns will have crap accuracy unless you aim, and you need to use cover and hiding a lot, it's impossible to win this game while playing rambo.
