I love hating this game

Scholar of the first sin has beautiful landscapes and well balanced multiplayer, on the cons side we have the terrible parry system and the glitchy hitboxes, which makes people complain about DS2 a lot HAHA

The game has a more punishing style to player deaths, in which you gradually lose your max HP as you die when undead, and it only keeps dropping until you restore humanity. Found this quite interesting, as it acts as something to remember you how long you've been playing as undead and needs to turn human soon haha

Anyways, the love-hate relationship with this game has turned out to be very fun, especially playing with friends.

Pretty good game, the sweet spot between arcade and simulation racing. The simulation handling type offers a great gameplay, not being too drifty like Dirt Rally, nor being totally arcade like previous Dirt games.

Sound effects are stunning, just as we expect from codemasters, cars sound great and FX give off a really immersive feel.

The menus are a little messy (Like the garage in main menu, could be in the career menu for easier navigation) and car fixing between stages is a little too fast (like 52 seconds to fix bodywork HAHA)

Overall, if you've got the cance to play this game, please do so!

What do I have to say? I'm speechless hahaha

First of all, this soundtrack is a real KILLER! Damn, Mick Gordon crafted a masterpiece here... Makes killing demons as joyful as it can be, with many different layers of music which greatly adds to the playing experience.

Then, we have this beautiful game. ID sure has to be very proud of what they did here, the gameplay is FANTASTIC, so are the graphics and level/character designs. I highly recommend this to literally anyone. This is a must-have to your gaming libraries!

Extremely nostalgic and heart warming for anyone who lived a childhood playing sonic games in the 90's, Sega crafted a real masterpiece here and by playing the first 2 minutes of the game you already know it is. Perfect game!

The game itself is marvelous, excellent gameplay, over the top graphics (even now, 4 years later) and awesome customization. Really loved the game, exceeded all my expectations.
BUT there's one BIG problem though... The controller support is total trash. You can't play with anything but an XBOX ONE controller. On my 360 controller for example, the game is unplayable because of bad coding/programming or something, which causes the game to detect your controller as both XINPUT and DINPUT at the same time, thus making the game unplayable and messing even the menu commands.

Aside from that controller problem, the game is perfect, totally recommend it

Although at first glance I thought this game was absolute trash and found it quite boring, it turned out to be very fun to play, online being even better. So, if you are like me and find the beginning hour total trash, I encourage you to play until you go out of the icy region to experience the true game and enjoy lots of bullets and the ass-fingering screaming game style.

Well, all beautiful and exciting until I get to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ mission and can't play because the game crashes after the cutscene. Great job on porting this ♥♥♥♥ to pc, happy AF with not being able to play the game.

Beautiful game, immersive story and a somewhat tense, mysterious atmosphere. But has some broken puzzles with little to no hints at all, which makes you run for a guide to pass at some points. Would be a whole better experience if it has some more polishe, or shall I say... More ellaborate hints on some puzzles that are nearly impossible to figure out on your own. But overall, a great story behind the Blackwood family lore.

A very good game from the beginning, finishing it for the third time now!
