Beautiful, faithful remake while also being a breath of fresh air for players of the original. I will admit I came into this game trying not to get my hopes up too high, but honestly the dedication to this game the developers have shown blew me away. There is a lot of new stuff in this game but it all feels very purposeful, doesn't feel out of place at all. The things they changed also still exist in the game as memories for you to visit. Playing this remake gives you that nostalgic feeling of playing the original while at the same time giving you plenty of new challenges and experiences to make it exciting and scary. The level of detail in this game is amazing, which was something I worried might take away from the spookiness of the original, which did lean slightly on the graphics at the time like any game from that period. Silent Hill 2 Remake breathes fresh life into this series and into Silent Hill 2. If you are a fan of the original, you'll love this remake. If you were worried the changes they made would make the game feel too different or not like Silent Hill, don't worry. You're in good hands.

I've only encountered a few small bugs, one of which kept me from being able to interact with anything in the game for a few minutes but it ultimately fixed itself somehow.

Wonderful visual novel! Full voice acting was so greatly appreciated, the VA's all did a great job. Lots of beautiful CG's, great music, as well as two ending versions for each route. Love that there are bonus indirect paths to get also. Skip feature works wonderfully and fast for getting back to a specific scene considering how long this game is. Leos' storyline is my roman empire and he will live in my head rent free for eternity.

DLC ending is exactly what I was hoping for after playing the main game. Love the extra customization options too. Will absolutely without question buy any more DLCs if they make more! Especially after giving us such an amazing game for free. Definitely worth buying~

Great story and pacing, music is wonderful. Multiple endings, lots of fun extras, very gender inclusive AND it's free?? Incredible game, going to make this my whole personality for the next month.

Let me just say that I bought this game having only seen the clip of Dave diving into the water at the start of the trailer, because that was enough for me to want to play this game. And I don't think it's physically possible for me to be disappointed by anything in it at this point. There is SO MUCH TO DO! Not only are you fishing via diving, you're catching fish to serve at a sushi restaurant, that you ALSO work at and manage! I'm consistently being given new mechanics and options, I have not been bored for a minute. With the ocean being mostly random every time you dive, nothing gets stale and there's always something new to discover. The art style is incredible, the combination of pixel art and 3D has an incredible effect. Lots of funny references and jokes, and the cut scenes are absolutely amazing. The soundtrack is top tier, calming and cheerful near the surface and super unsettling the further you go. An incredible number of fish to discover with many different ways they have to be caught, along with vastly varied QTEs to keep you on your toes when fighting/catching something big and dangerous. The characters are full of life and the story is great, I'm always excited to see who will walk in the door next and find out what weird thing they want us to make. There's a cat!! In the restaurant!! That you can feed!!

Honestly this game is just pouring out love and dedication from the developers, you can feel it in every pixel. The amount of detail in this game is astounding and you can just tell how good of a time they had making it, how proud they are of it. As someone who loves fishing games and simulator games, Dave the Diver takes the cake. Many hours of game play await you with countless fish (and creatures) to discover, I feel like at 7 hours I've only scratched the surface and I'm itching for more. I cannot recommend this game enough!!

Amazing game!! Dredge is a game that lures you in much like an angler fish, temping you with light and safety only to slowly strip that away from you as the dangers emerge from the depths. I really like how little is explicitly stated as far as what the actual dangers are in the game and the consequences of some of your actions. Just reading the beginning tips already gets a sinking feeling lodged in your stomach, making you wonder what's going on. The vast species to catch and methods of doing so is great, as well as the upgrade system. I loved that at no point in this game did I truly feel safe, no matter how many upgrades I had, just as anyone is on the open ocean. I'm excited for future DLC to expand the world and story even more than it already has. Lots of side quests to keep you busy and give you a reason to catch some species besides filling out the encyclopedia. If you're looking for a game with fishing, horror, mystery, and sounds to keep you up at night, play Dredge!!

Amazing game. Super relaxing while also super silly. So many different animals to befriend, ride on, and wiggle. Very cute characters, unique graphics and art style. Lots of little secrets for you to discover!

When the chapter was first announced, I was actually excited for this series to be included in Dead by Daylight as I had just rewatched the original movie and knew this franchise was a fan favorite to hope for despite the licensing nightmare. Now that it has been released, it has become apparent that the contract for getting Hellraiser in Dead by Daylight required the use of the DBD models to be sold as NFT's through Boss Protocol. Not only did Behavior originally deny any claims of being involved in the sale of NFT's, thus lying, they are now supporting it and speaking pleasantly about working with them. They cannot be that ignorant about NFT's and the harm they cause, nor the scam they truly are. I don't understand why they would do something like this just to get Hellraiser in their game. I would so much rather they cut this chapter all together than have it be connected to NFT's. The entire situation has made Dead by Daylight taste sour in my mouth. I just got into this game early this year and have been having a great time despite other problems at Behavior's fault, but now this is just a huge kick in the teeth. I do not support NFT's nor ever will, and I am frustrated that I bought this DLC before the announcement was made. I think supporting NFT's could quite literally be the downfall of Dead by Daylight now. Some other competitors are rising from the shadows and Behavior continues to dig it's own grave with poor choices like this. Supporting NFT's actively hurts their own community, as you can clearly see from the rest of the backlash over this chapter. There are even hints of the next Saw tome being related to NFT's. It's disgusting how companies can sell away any of their remaining humanity for a quick buck and a theoretical receipt to an in-game model you can already download for free. I'd say I'm disappointed in Behavior for this, but it's not that surprising considering their past actions. If this issue is not addressed as the majority of the community seems to be against NFT's, I will consider dropping Dead by Daylight entirely and moving on to other games that do not support NFT's. Please consider the harm they do when considering buying this chapter or Dead by Daylight as a whole. There are other similar games out there, maybe try them out first.

This game is absolutely amazing. Made by a single person in entirety, this is a game is not only fun but an entire experience. There's so much to do and all the time in the world to do it. It's relaxing but fulfilling and I've spent over 100 hours total playing. Endless replay value and now there are many mods available alongside official updates to keep things fresh and new. You can really tell how much heart and soul the creator put into this game. Create relationships with the people in your small town, make a name for yourself expanding your farm and your skills, and help make the world a better place. Definitely would recommend to anyone!
