Blood is mostly white unless you hit weak points. WTF? I’m not expecting Doom, but this is just ridiculous.

I’m playing with a 9800X3D and an RTX 4090… It’s truly breathtaking how poorly this game runs. The people at Crytek shouldn’t be surprised if they lose their jobs. Technically and graphically, this remaster is an absolute disgrace. Crytek should be ashamed.

It also doesn’t surprise me that employees have been laid off again and that Crysis 4 has been canceled.

The game itself is well done. The highs and lows of Silent Hill 2 have been honored. Small details are sometimes more, sometimes less appealing.

I thoroughly enjoyed the remake. Graphically, with Ray Tracing and DLDSR, it's right up there.

What I absolutely dislike and annoys me greatly: Stuttering. To minimize stuttering as much as possible, you need to play with FSR 3.0 Frame Generation. In the Engine.ini (C:\Users\x\AppData\Local\SilentHill2\Saved\Config\Windows), enter the following:

r.FidelityFX.FI.Enabled=1

After that, you have to use FSR 3 in order to enable FSR Frame Generation. In my case, I combined it with DLDSR 1.78, but I also have a 7800x3D with an RTX 4090.
There is no other way to minimize the stuttering! However, FSR 3 Frame Generation leads to disocclusion artifacts inside buildings. To avoid these as much as possible, you should play with Motion Blur enabled.
In my case, sharpening (Reshade) is not necessary due to DLDSR.

It’s a shame that the developers didn’t put more effort into this. And why on earth is Nvidia’s Ray Reconstruction and Frame Generation not supported?

Witchfire was a game that caught my attention when it was first announced. When the news came that it would be exclusive to the Epic 'junk' store for at least a year, I was very disappointed.

So, I was all the more excited when Steam brought the game to my attention while browsing.

The graphics are quite nice in parts, but some textures leave a bit to be desired. The art design and gameplay leave me craving more.
Unlocking gear and leveling up are also satisfying.

In the end, though, it's the oppressive atmosphere that keeps me hooked. The enemies are terrifying, and even the smallest mistakes can have fatal consequences.

I was very satisfied with Helldivers 2 and had a lot of fun playing it. But the nerfs were outrageous and completely ruined the gameplay experience. In my opinion, the developers are just stupid: instead of buffing various weapons to bring them up to par with the better ones, they nerf the better weapons. The shield was also nerfed and is now practically useless.

Currently, this game just frustrates me, which is why I no longer play it, and the developers can go jump off a cliff for all I care.

Menu, Invasions, Story are locked to 30 FPS and have stuttering. Use a 60 FPS Patch and stuttering is gone but breaks face animations.
While fighting even some animations are recorded in 30 FPS - WTF.

In general, I find The Last Faith to be successful. The following points detract from the gaming experience:

No in-game FPS limiter (RivaSS + Nvidia drivers result in graphical glitches), leading to gamma flickering on OLED due to FPS briefly dropping when transitioning between areas.
I play with headphones, and the sound quality is good, but the sound spatiality falls short. The sound almost feels like mono in certain places, even though stereo itself offers many possibilities.
