Is this what taking drugs looks like?

If you're looking for a realistic space sim, then this game is not for you. This is more of a space exploration/sandbox game where you just wander through the universe and create your own story. It has base building, randomized ships, weapons and settlements. It has pets and procedurally generated fauna and flora (Tho those things can be quite repetitive after the first few planets you've gone to). The story line isn't as long as one would like and it just kind of provide some context as to what things are, what you are, as a traveler. Multiplayer is completely optional. Combat isn't really the best but you won't really be playing this game for the combat. Has an awesome community and even more awesome developers.

The best thing about this game out of all the things, would be the fact that Hello Games keeps on developing the game with no additional costs to the players. No microtransactions, no lootboxes, no DLCs. Just free content.

If you like exploration games and nice visuals, then go for this. If not, then there are other space games that you might want to check out.

After so many years, this game is still one of my most loved games of all times. Never thought I'd cry because of a video game. Can't wait for Finding Paradise!

I nominate this game for the "Test of Time" award. Because It's a really good game if you're looking for some open-world game.

I'd have to say that this is one of the best games I've ever played in my entire life. It's free, it's great, it's fun. If you like playing survival games and don't mind what the game looks like, you should definitely try this one out. This easily beats DayZ. 10/10
