Psychological Horror is definitely one way to put it,

It's Doom. What could be said about it? Everyone knows everything about it already. It givea you cool items in the slayer club. Plus you can boast about how much of a chad you are with 1000s of hours on the original Doom

Game is not the problem, the initial setup screen is.
You can't change your display/video settings in-game like in most games, you have to launch the game with set settings every time you wish to change them. It's not an issue at all, it's basically what most games do, just silently.
The problem is the launcher itself; it's horribly broken, I don't even know why.
Sure, it has a lot of cool options to customize your visual experience, and they work perfectly, if you can select them. But, one thing is just not right.
RESOLUTIONS. THEY ARE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ IMPOSSIBLE TO SET UP PROPERLY.
You have a Windowed tick and a Borderless window tick that will ABSOLUTELY RANDOMLY tick on or off. It will ignore every single resolution you've set up in Nvidia settings, it will not even include a tenth of the most common resolutions. You can't even select 4:3, but it can absolutely just randomly decide to launch your game in 800x600 or some absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥ resolution if it wants to. Sometimes you can't even change between Windowed and Fullscreen because guess what, the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Windowed check is grayed out. And widescreen? Forget about it. Go jump out a window. To the one engineer at Bethesda that made that awful piece of junk, I hope you'll live to an old enough age where you'll see all your beloved friends and family slowly develop cancer, dementia, alzheimers, and you'll have to watch them die. ♥♥♥♥ you. Fix your ♥♥♥♥.
