Good gesture to remaster and all, but disappointed to find Coop completely busted. Tried changing framerates and everything and still doesn't fix the extreme lag (not to mention the framerates shown in the settings UI keeps changing to some weird value after). Would really appreciate if they could fix this.

I thought I would hate it, because I do not like empty worlds and no fast travel bothers me so much. However it is actually very fun so far. I am playing co-op, and I can see how difficult this game could be solo. However the difficulty makes every encounter so much more exciting and you have to really think about your builds and actions.

I've played this game 7-8 times, and never even finished the main quests because I get distracted to do so many other things. Crazy good side quests/guild quests, amazing story development, beautiful world. The mods basically perfected an already masterpiece into something... I can't even describe. I am usually not a big fan of fantasy stuff, but after playing this game I definitely grew a lot more interests. It is just perfect. In every way.

It is basically the same as BL2 - so what? BL2 is great and so is this.

This game definitely lives up to its hype. Though I personally do not care about the story and characters (except for claptrap) as much as I find it straightforward / black and white, the writing is good and funny. The looting system and Co-op are what got me hooked. It has randomly generated guns (think diablo 3), and that makes looting very exciting. Co-op is basically one of the most perfect experience I've had. It also has some very fun DLC's you can grind post games. Very good game, and excited about BL3.

CS:GO Review
A classic strategy shooter game. Lots of fun even just playing pubs.

Was a much finer game after the really really annoying server issues at the beginning.

I think it is a great game for non-FO fans. Its graphics and gun play has improved quite a lot. It feels like a real AAA game now. However, as a FO fans I am quite disappointed as many others. Some of the new stuff they are trying out here just doesn't work that well.

When I play FO/ES games I am very grateful for the great character creation system which allows me to create "me" in the game. This makes the game feel so much more immersive and I would care about the decision my character made in game so much more. However this is nearly impossible with FO4 because the protagonist is voiced, and sounds nothing like me. The protagonist also has a very specific back story (being married and having had a kid), which makes it very hard for me to relate to. I care so much less about the story than I did with other FO games, not to mention the story itself is pretty plain.

The fact that the protagonist is voiced also means that potential responses / reactions by the main character, or choices players can make, were reduced significantly. From something like making a dialogue choice about 10-20 times every quest to maybe 2-3 times with basically only 4 options that are consequentially the same. The lost of freedom really kills the uniqueness of the IP and turned it into something different. Maybe the intention is to expand the fan base of this IP to more audiences, to people who don't want to be overwhelmed with quests or make too many decisions, and just want to mindlessly kill things. But to me it kills the game.
