this visual novel was really charming, hope there is another vn in the works!

a satisfying conclusion to an amazing series of games

edit: now that i’ve let things sink in, this game does feel like the weakest in the trilogy. it primarily stems from the fact that there are less choices to make in this game when you compare it to the rest of the series. (excluding choices that put you on a main route in this one, there is like one choice that you can make that loops back into the main route, and even then it doesn’t result in anything interesting)

it doesn’t help that in addition to this, you only get 5 endings for 15 dollars in comparison to the original game’s 15 endings for 10 dollars and the re-up’s 7 endings (with more choices to make than in the flipside) for 15 dollars.

i got gifted money to buy this game, so it makes all of that sting less for me personally, but if i were buying this with my own money i’d definitely wait for a sale or something.

when it comes to the actual story content though, this game does still feel like the edgy dumpster fire i’ve come to love and expect from the previous games, but there’s definitely less comedy here and more shock value than anything. i still enjoyed it though despite the feet stuff lol so im still gonna recommend it.

while this game does stray away from its arena shooter roots, i do think there is an interesting idea here. feels very good and fun to play, with the added bonus of the game feeling quite unique compared to other games at least imo.

you know the game is good when there is so much visually on your screen yet you instinctually know what is there and what is not, game's fun af

just like the first game, this ♥♥♥♥ is wild af. highly recommend if you want something with really entertaining writing and god tier voice acting.

it's just more superhot but in a rogue-like format, so if you loved the original you'll be guaranteed to like this one
