Totally and completely uninterested in TF2, CS2, or Fortnite...
Games in my Game Collector Showcase are all games I'm currently interested in playing with folks.
Interested more in co-op than PvP.

UPDATE 6/29/23: Not accepting gifts at this time, thank you! Please instead consider buying yourself one of the games I've been asking my friends to play with me for many years, listed at the bottom of the infobox below.

Checklist
Hits:
✔️ Rainbow Six series (not Siege)
✔️ Sniper Elite series
✔️ Combat Master
✔️ An open mind when it comes to games, rather than just one particular genre.
✔️ An interest in games that work best with critical thinking and/or teamwork, rather than rushing into things headfirst. (Rainbow Six Siege does not count.)
✔️ You like to organize your team and have a plan before going into battle. (I know it's hard to find that, but it'd be nice.)
✔️ Sven Co-op
✔️ Cry of Fear
✔️ Panzer Corps (I really bought it for the Allied Corps DLC, but still!)
✔️ Hearts of Iron IV
✔️ Verdun
✔️ Door Kickers: Action Squad

Misses:
🚫 Team Fortress 2, Overwatch 1 and 2, League of Legends, Rocket League, Fortnite, PUBG
🚫 Random group invites
🚫 Teenagers (18+ only please.)
🚫 TF2 trades (I almost never play this game anymore, but I don't want to be stuck with stock gear if I ever play TF2 again.)
🚫 Folks who never do anything with me or at least talk to me.
🚫 Card games
🚫 Battle royale games
🚫 Third-person online shooters (Too many people abuse the camera angle).
🚫 People without microphones. Typing in a chatbox takes too long, and I need human interaction when I play games.
🚫 You're from a Day of Defeat clan, and are looking for someone to scrim with you, or ring for you. I only play that game with my own clan, and close friends.
🚫 Most Early Access games. Over the years it's been abused more and more as a marketing tactic to cause hype, for games that have been in "Early Access" for many years and have never been finished.
🚫 Stalking me through the Steam Activity Feed to see if I've been around. This is super-creepy to me, and may result in you being deleted. If I'm set to Invisible, it's for a reason. I'm still hoping someday they'll add a feature to opt-out of said feed.

Links 'n stuff.
Skyrim store page (original version) . Because Bethesda censored it from Steam's search engine. A.k.a.: The Creation Club Cancer-free version that runs more smoothly than SE or Anniversary and is more modular. There's no need to ever own either of the other two versions.

A request for help
I've come to notice during my time here that while extensive, pretty much nobody on my friends list has (or is willing to play if they do have it) any of the games that I've been itching to play with someone for many years. Seemingly all everybody cares about is Overwatch, Counter-Strike, or Team Fortress 2. This is a plea for anyone who has a bit of cash and the nerve to try something different.

I'm looking for people willing to play the following games with me. I may be wiling to buy it for you if I'm convinced you'll play it frequently and if I have the cash. If you like, I could even stream it for you over Steam so you can see what the game is like.

Starting in 2023, I am only willing to work on a "give and take" basis. I need people who will also play the game I want to play, rather than me forcing myself to ONLY play the games they want to play. This will require open-minded people.

Instead of buying me a new game for my birthday or Christmas, consider buying yourself one of the following games, so we can play it together:

-BattleBit Remastered
-Rainbow Six 3 (GameRanger required.)
-Rainbow Six Vegas 2 (GameRanger required.)
-Doom II mods via GZDoom (You'll have to buy Doom II first.)
-Hex of Steel
-theHunter: Call of the Wild
-Sven Co-op (Free! Now a standalone mod, no longer requires vanilla HL1 to work.)
-Combat Master (Free, no lootboxes.)
-Return to Castle Wolfenstein
-Overload (not Overwatch)
-Sniper Elite V2, 3, or 4.
-Far Cry 5
-Hearts of Iron 4
-Quake
-Verdun

A complete list of all the true Retro FPS games available on Steam. I use these lists for my own reference but I'm happy if it helps anyone else too. I thought DUSK would be a good place for this guide due to DUSK players being fans of the true Retro FPS g
