I'm 30 str 50 arc. I didn't really optimize much. More str might be better, but the key is the talismans since your AP will go through the roof when you hit with the weapon art.

yeah ive got two builds, one with higher str, other other with higher arc. the arc dont hit so hard any more. whats your srt/arc lvls?

it's the same as 1.06 but I think the speed increases actually buffed it. Str/Arc with rotten winged sword insignia, millicent's, shard of alexander, plenty of poise, and thorny cracked tear in the flask
