Took me a couple of hours to "get it", but afterwards I was hooked and it has become my favorite game of all time.
Game gains value after you've completed once or twice, familiarity breeds expertise and so on.

Started as Veteran, had fun, then moved to psyker, had fun, now I'm Ogryn and in addition of having fun I now wish I was as optimistic as this guy is. He's out there doing the emperor's work and he only worries about food and having a good laugh. 10/10, we should all be a bit more Ogryn.

Nothing new under the sun. Writing isn't great, sometimes the game forgets what's your character's story and offers dialogues that go against it directly. It's buggy as hell and the gameplay is just a mish mash of different games but by trying to be everything it fails at being a thing.
Deus Ex handled the augments systems better and made you feel like a cybernetic enhanced person much better than Cyberpunk tries to do.
The crafting system is present but is completely useless as you keep looting stuff on the ground and replacing your gear with better one instead of "upgrading" it through the crafting system because one is much more convenient than the other.
The dialogues don't really offer a lot of choice regarding how the story unfolds. It's just different "flavors" for how you say things.
The hacking is pure garbage. The "mini-game" is uninteresting, the hacking system as a whole is a Watch Dogs prototype that never made it past the alpha stage.
Stealth is clunky, especially the takedowns.
Lethal or non-lethal takedowns almost never have an impact and you can kill people you neutralize by accidentally step on them (which effectively makes them explodes).
Some quests/side content is just useless. Just filler tasks like in Farcry games.
NPCs who are almighty and influential offer you to buy their old cars for no apparent reason through text messages.

I'll update my review once I'm done with the game (storywise and side quests wise) but in its current state I'd strongly advise against it. Better to at least wait for patches to come and debug the mess this is.

4 years later the game still has some of its oldest bugs.
Content keeps being released but nothing is made to fix things.
