This is just really well done.
This game is almost the right amount of Way of The Samurai and Ghost of Tsushima mixed together with a bit of Souls game sprinkled on it.
The game's open world with many different activities keeps you engaged and the missions themselves are well designed.
The choice of going stealthy or Headlong samurai yelling at the top of your lungs with different weapons each having their own movesets with several different move set modifiers.
There are a lot of cosmetics and armor and clothing items to customise your character just the way you like it.
I can not recommend this game enough considering how fun its gameplay loop is and its story is pretty solid too with many npcs to get to know and build a relationship with.
Well done to team ninja for this gem.

Rebirth was just amazing, so it is clear as day that SE can still make good Final Fantasies and they are not destined to release sloppy games like XV and XVI

So what gives? come on SE, get your act straight

Yet another title that i would like to have a middle ground score for.
But unlike many others that I would normally choose to recommend when not given the middle ground choice, honestly here I can not do that.
This game just isn't good enough.

When this game came out it was by many, specially the xbox players was heralded as a great replacement for inFamous.
The game was not a flop either with 2 million units for the time.

But man it is so bad.
There is a lot of carnage here, sure, but really no substance.
The game is difficult for no reason, performing even the simplest missions can devolve into a cluster#$!#@.

The graphics are the typical 6th gen grimy with a look as if you are looking at it through a mucous film.

The game itself has a storyline mission and side missions...excuse me, I meants repeated timed challenges.
The game is not long at all and that is basically a pro for such a barren and annoying game.

Its story is pretty bad too, not because the concept isn't good, but because the story is told hastily and so choppy that you can not build any interest in it at all.

Music?
What music?

Voice acting?
I think 5 people all in all voice acted this.

Controls are actually good enough for the most parts.

World...
It is supposed to be New York but honestly, the Spider Man 2 game from back in the days is more truthful to New York than this game 😂

Thanks I hate it!

No seriously, I hate you guys for crunching my heart and then shredding it.

If there is one thing I can't stand out, that is 'melancholic stories about lost opportunities' like lost in translation or La La Land or The Garden of the words and you go and do what?
A short game with a melancholic story about lost opportunities between two persons.

And as if that wasn't enough you present it in a way that really was touching.
The music, the theme of two painters, the simple puzzles that all compliment the story.

And as if it wasn't enough to rip my heart apart with one story, you have another story for us which is the ultimate version of a lost opportunity.

I tried so hard not to send that damned letter!

Thank you guys, for sharing this beautifully heart wrenching game/story.

Well done on everything, from music to sound effects to the game design.

But honestly, you couldn't even leave the cat be????

No nevermind, I am fine, I will just sit here and sob quietly.
Thanks

If it wasn't clear, yes I recommend it.
It Is a short simple puzzle game with a painting theme.
Everything was fluid and easy to do.
The point is the story here and that is fine.
Also please be careful, the game has two stories, second one is opened after you finish the first story and is accessed from the main menu page, but is not in the list, rather is next to the list with its own button.

Once more, Steam needs a middle ground vote, but in lack of that option, yes I recommend Maestro.

It is far too gamey for me, it is so gamey that I feel like I don't really get a good representation of conducting experience.

For example, GH even though being gamey at least felt like a quasi experience of being a rock guitarist in the way it worked its tracks.

Here, we have a really weird system. For example if you play certain tracks you get to experience some hilarious spam cueing for absolutely zero reason.
You don't hold tempo, you don't actually do dynamics, articulation nothing.
The tutorial tells you about how to accentuate beats but later on that is tossed out of the window.
I genuinely appreciate the effort but it really isn't for me.
It reminds me of DJ Hero games.

I didn't know what to expect from this sequel.
But holy hell this was amazing.
The story of Kratos in these two games is such an emotion roller coaster that is so rewarding.

It is great to follow this character's storyline from the first game all the way to this game.

The game play is also tight and responsive and the performance really good.

I recommend this game strongly.

Wow

So Ubisoft is still capable of making good, straight to the point games with fun elements!

Control is definitely the step into right direction specially after QB.
It is not perfect, but it is really well done.
Its best content to me was one of its dlcs which forcused on a certain event in a certain quaint little town.

It performed pretty well too.
But imo the thing that is hindering this game which carried over into their next game was the amount of down time between action with the investigations etc.

But at the same time the lore of control is really cool and also has much bigger meaning for the other games too
