I am so glad this was made. It took the original and added some great new content, mostly in new abilities and characters while improving the graphics. It kept the original feel and movement. Great price for whats been done here.

Everything From has learned from all their previous games put into practice here. This is amazing, near my idea of a perfect game

This is a really special game. I love how on the surface it seems like a simple game but there is so much hidden depth with much strategy involved. Plus the art, music, story, and world is so much Edmund's style. I am already hooked! I would recommend giving it a chance, there is a lot to unpack here.

For Binding of Issac fans see the game all the way through. The story is really great, when you actually beat the game keep watching... so good!

I waited for the full release before really putting some time into the game and it has been worth it. It has been released fully polished and well balanced which is very important in this game. So far in early game it is quite a bit of micromanaging but I can already tell that that is quickly turning into automation and dealing with that. Your spending resources, time, and attention to movement of gasses and fluids which turns into managing temperatures and pollutants. I am having trouble finding anything at all wrong with this game. Just really really well done.

No matter which game I am currently playing I am also always playing BOI in some capacity. Just endless content here and having fun every minute of it.

Perfect example of early access done right. Kept us in great content through the entire EA then dropped the campaign at release. The campaign is everything I wanted out of the game. Has a tech tree so you have to get some progress before you have god tier buildings and soldiers. Has a choice of missions to choose from instead of just a singular path. Very challenging and more fair.
Your not going to start a mission with 4 soldiers and have to defend 360 degree onslaught of zombies. There will likely be a river to the north and some woods to the east making it much easier to get a grasp on your defenses. Things will ramp up over time but its not going to throw you in the deep end without being able to points into the tech tree first.
If your a RTS fan and have not played this yet I highly recommend it now.

Ignore the recent negative reviews. This game had an Overwhelmingly positive review up until recently when they made a reference to the Chinese president looking like Winne the Poo. That character is illegal in China because the president is a reasonable man /s

Chinese bots and brainwashed tools are doing the negative reviews here for political reasons and has nothing to do with the quality of the game. What a dumb reason to review a game!

Really surprised by this game. When I first started playing I was thinking it is fun but I could see myself getting bored of it. Then the world just kept on opening up agian and agian. Throw in a decent story to keep you into it with other easy to farm and discover mechanics and it turns into a great game.

This game absolutley lives up to the hype. Sometimes going into a game with very high expectations can be bad but this one still impressed. Exploration, engineering, strategy, upgrades, and so much more just done right here. I am only about 20 hours into the game and right now I just dont want it to end. Learning the lore and world is exciting while building my base that actually makes me feel safe on a dangerous planet. Can not get enough of this!

If you love a good strategy game with a lovecraftian horror setting look no further. The lore is by far some of the best stuff I have ever encountered. These devs are doing better than anyone else in the industry right now with in terms of a lovecraftian game. Plenty of content and a great challenge while rewarding victories. Good advice to someone new is to take it slow and learn about what each dungeon will require from you so that preparing properly will get you wins.
