Better than everything past WaW. When a 2007 game is better than more than 5 of your recent games you ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up Activision.

I'm still finding new things to do everytime I play. Fun game for a casual 30 min session before work.

Amazing game.
The replayability is great and long-lasting and the story, supprisingly, does not get boring if you take a different route each time which is quite easy. The dual protagonist set up is executed perfectly and doesn't take away from the game whatsoever. You can even choose to play without any powers at all on either character.

The gameplay is exactly like Dishonoured but with minute chnages to small things like the ability to hold your sword attack button to do a piercing attack. The vast majority of the powers are able to be used by both a stealy, loud, non-lethal or lethal run and New Game+ is a gift from the gods.
There are so many small features that make the experience so fresh each time you play without it coming off as tacky at all and play through it once or twice and you have the option to play as Emily with Corvo's powers and starting off with 100s of bonecharm traits and 64+runes, ofcourse this is completely optional.

I only had small issues, firstly the game is hard to run, not broken. It was very un-optimised on lanuch but now it is simply just a hard to run game like crysis 3 and about as optimised as crysis 3. The graphic options are numerous and there is a great deal of customisation, near perfect support for 21:9 except the hud is done for 16:9 and some loading screens however that is all and the rest functions perfectly. Other than that I can't really find any except that the first loading screen when the game is launched is a static image used in the marketing material. Come on Arkane, this isn't 2006.

TL;DR:
Take Dishonoured, add a bit more purple colour to the powers and put the cool features on steriods. Also there is Granny Rags so instant 10/10.

While I did have fun with the EXPANSION (important to note that it is not a full game and as a result will not have a masssive multi-day playtime for the casual player) I feel as if it was a bit rushed in some areas like re-using models. This was not done much and the expansion is a must for those who enjoy the story, especially those who like dishonoured 2 the most. Definietly beats the Brigmore Wtiches and Knife of Dunwall DLC from D1, but they are not far behind. Not as good as D2 but on-par, Dishonoured 2 is only slightly better.

TL;DR Great game, felt so nice to play dishonoured again with a fresh scene but some areas are a little lacking if you are expecting a FULL GAME (which you shouldn't even though it may appear to be)

Warning, this game is very buggy.

It is a poor PC port, delivering just the basics in terms of settings and the game it's self is broken. After completing and easter egg, it is often that it will crash and you will recieve no achievement/in game rewards, and that is providing that it hasn't crashed already. The zombies mode is the best part by far however the default map (there is only 1 out of a possible 14) is very hard for new players, not easy to play online with other people and gets boring fast.

The DLC required is atleast and extra $30 for the best value for playtime map and the full storyline experience that is what is basically required to have fun is another $40. Added on to the original price of the game and disreguarding the frankly mediocre campaign that does not bare any resemblence or pose as an omage to the previous "black ops" games, as well as the sub-par multiplayer that actually has more DLC exclusive weapons that regualr guns in the game (obviously locked behind a loot crate system that has been proven to provide better results to paid supply drops than regualr rare supply drops despite sharing the same name) and you are left paying $130 for 14 maps that largely are playable until labout 1 hour in where bugs run rampant.

Frequent bugs include:
-Crashes, normally after long (1-2 hour sessions)
-A sensitivity bug that reduces your sensitivity to a crawl despite displaying a normal value in menus and it happens
randmoly
-Freezing/Stuttering, most frequent when a fresh game of zombies is started, the game will freeze for around 3-5 seconds and then resume
-Developers that have been exhausted to the point of releasing a shoddy, poorly optimised sub-par game because Activision want a thicker wad in their already over-populated wallet.

- Faithfully, a CoD fan that has been there when it was good.
