coloring? fun. boobs, butts and badussy? fun. a game combining the two? 10/10

the issue that i initially had at the launch of this new season doesn't represent the bang for your buck you do end up getting out of this bundle, with the massive amount of content that was provided. i will say, blizzard's monetization strategy for this game has shifted immensely from what it once was, however the content provided in the newest season has been pretty phenomenal. unfortunately, it just so happened that my experience was prolonged by an 8-hour long technical issue that didn't grant me the items purchased upon purchase. this experience doesn't represent what you receive now when purchasing it, so i'm updating this review to recommended to reflect my learned stance.

original: not recommended; purchased & received nothing but -$42 in my bank account and a cup of crippling depression to follow.

New World is a great MMO, unfortunately the reviews are incredibly mixed & seemingly misleading due to a majority of people's negative reviews being related to the queues of launch day (particularly the ones on the worlds streamers planned on using). The developers have already pushed more worlds live for the NA East region on top of planning to allow players to transfer their characters to another world in the coming weeks, so they at least have the opportunity to make a character on a random world to start their journey.

Expansions for MMOs on launch day tend to have some pretty lengthy queues, and that's not to mention the launch of a brand new MMO that many have been looking forward to for a good couple years. Aside from the queue complaint, I myself have been having a fantastic time with the game & I'm truly excited to put so much more time into it, as well as seeing what the future may hold in terms of expansions.

This game is a genuinely enjoyable experience & the story is fantastic so far. Unfortunately, it does have some issues with stuttering even on high-end PCs, however there are a few settings that can be enabled that should make the game run as smooth as butter... at least, it did for me & a couple friends.

First, open your NVIDIA Control Panel (assuming you have a NVIDIA GPU) & ensure that V-Sync is enabled there.

Next, launch the game & ensure these settings are accurate:
• NVIDIA Reflex: On
• Low Latency: On
• V-Sync: Off
• Upscaling: AMD FidelityFX Super Resolution 1.0
• AMD FSR Mode: Ultra Quality
• FPS Limiter: 120

Hope these settings help out those still experiencing the stuttering so they can fully enjoy this game in all its glory!

A very tall, attractive, arousing & large-breasted vampire woman hunts you down in the beginning of the game. You will feel temptations so heavy that they'll cause you to let said large-breasted vampire woman succeed in murdering you time & time again.

This game is art.

'twas a fun time, would recommend.

This game is phenomenal & blew all the expectations I had for it out of the water. The platforming is incredibly fluid & fun, and the puzzles & boss fights that you encounter in each of the different sections is incredibly creative & fitting to each sections' environment & overall atmosphere. The cutscenes & overall story of the game are frequently comical, providing plenty of laughs to the players while trying to repair this virtual couple's marriage. On top of all the perks of the gameplay, innovation, creativity & absolute fun that this game has to offer also lies the "Friend's Pass", which allows people who do not own the game to play with a friend who does own the game, at no additional cost.

It Takes Two is more than worth the $40 pricetag, and I couldn't recommend it more.

This game is an absolute work of art & has put the Yakuza series in my top 5 favorite game series of all time. The soundtrack is phenomenal, the immense amount of substories, mini-games & extra content that you can do outside of the main story is fantastic & the story is filled with 180's that you wouldn't expect while also playing the heartstrings of the player's emotions. Also, don't even get me started on the great songs this game has in the karaoke minigame.

If you've never played Yakuza & the series interests you even a little bit, this is the perfect stepping stone to start. If you've played the entire Yakuza series & haven't touched this game, you're missing out.
