Despite the performance issues, this game has good bones to work with. The vision, I see it. Let them cook.

The game is great so far, the story begins slow and similar to that of the first Dragons Dogma, but comparably unique. Beautiful visuals once you adjust the settings to your liking. Wearing headphones while playing is a must. There is a lot of attention to detail, and you can feel the developers love for their game.

There's far too much whining in these reviews too, honestly confuses me how you can cry about a game within the first 10 minutes. Play in like a week or two once Day 1 patch has hit.

Found out the Torchlight IP may have been stolen, which explains the odd developer associated with this title. Did some research into the developer and they're a Chinese-based investor company and all their games have in-game purchases.

So nah, I'm gonna pass on playing this.

I think there's a lot to love about this game.

You get to hunt monsters and salvage weapons & armour from them. You'll spend plenty of time in the open world gathering materials, mining, collecting bugs and picking mushrooms. You have a village to protect, and bounties to take out monsters. There's also a village chef who makes BOMB food that boosts your attack/defences.

With that being said, my girlfriend who loves farming simulators is interested in this game.

I can't wait to see what Capcom do next for for MH: Wilds.

Hated this game when I first played it in 2020.

Baldurs Gate 3 brought me back here and I'm glad it did. Sometimes, it takes a game to revolutionise a genre for me and BG3 was just that. I haven't finished DOS II yet but I intend to. I need an IV drip for CRPGs and DOS II hit good.

After clocking in about 110 hours on the PS4, and now happily upgraded to the PC with mods galore, I think it's enough for me to say this game is near impeccable. There will be the occassional FPS dip, or maybe a bug that'll make you giggle. Overall though, it's nothing too concerning and anything that ruins the immersion of the game. The armour/weapon modding and settlement building in this game is probably the reason I've clocked so many hours, I spend hours upon hours looking for the right items to make certain things. Sometimes I do it just to make Space Ranger Danse happy.

Side quests are good, there are plenty of stories to immerse yourself in and some twists and turns as well. The main story is a little weak, and kind of obvious.. in my opinion anyway. I'd wish they spent a little more time giving us choices throughout the story, with 4 main endings I feel like once I finish those 4 endings the only thing that'll keep me going is the side quests, and what happens when I finish those?

The gameplay is incredible, aiming down sights FINALLY is enjoyable and brings a little realism to the 4th installment of Fallout. Character movement can be a little annoying to begin with but after several hours you kind of just brush it off and don't notice, I remember I hated it when I started... on the PS4 that is.

Overall a fantastic game that I'm loving, storing countless hours into it and losing track of time is awesome. I love looking at the clock one minute, seeing pm and then the next seeing am.

9/10
