Once again, this group puts out a game that is well built, well thought out, and just plain awesome. Just finished it and I had a blast. It really feels great when your skills and equipment start to outclass people. And the difference between a duel and a warzone scrap. I love that they have taken a slice of history and dove into it more faithfully than any other game I've played.

This is not a true 'open world, 400 hours of side quests' kind of game. This is roughly 30 hours, very entertaining, and worth the price. I played the previous game and it was about the same thing in terms of completion time and enjoyability. I have a lot of games that I put countless hours into and never complete, and it's refreshing to have a solid reasonably sized game that is enjoyable throughout.

It's game award time, so review-for-badge time :)
This was an incredible game to play, and I'm looking forward to starting from scratch and settling in the desert for another play through in perhaps 6 months or so. Everything about this game is fantastic, and it deserves the awards it's been getting.

The style of the artwork is nice to look at, and the game play is fun enough. I put about 30 hours into beating the whole game (quest wise), with most achievements, and the occasional asking for help/clues when stuck on something. That being said, the game was enjoyable, with perhaps some balance issues and bugs, but the small dev team addressed bugs very fast and clearly cares about their project. I'll likely come back in the next couple of updates as the romance system gets fleshed out, so I can get those last cheevos. :)

This game is very engrossing. It has been a long time since I popped into an open world game and just enjoyed the hell out of exploration. I've wandered, and been rewarded. Also frightened. At one point I, in my 30s?, stumbled across some level 80 giant I-don't-know-what that chased me down, until I ran into a graveyard full of risen skeletons, and tried to lose him in there by turning into a stone giant and juggernauting my way out of the area as quickly as possible. Also, for all my cockiness, my first death was to a god, so that feels decent :) Definitely addicting and extremely well made. I have run into translation/grammar errors, but nothing else that has hindered my game play, or crashed the game at all.

Space Fallout. They took years to make this. I waited years for this. They're happy. I'm happy.

So much to do, so many different things to focus on, it can be daunting. And I haven't even gotten married yet, had any kids, tasked out my family to do things for me, or passed on my essence to the next generation. It helps to remember that you have all the time in the world - that's the point. You can fully ignore portions of the game for an entire lifetime if you want, and have your grandkids focus on them.

Early Access Review
I don't know what it is. I've played a bunch of survival games, crafting and building games, simulations. This game doesn't have much in the way of antagonists at this time.. some animals are dangerous, starvation is a thing, but easily mitigated. Yet.. 100 hours in, with little in the way of additional direction, I'm eager to keep playing. The graphics looks great, the animations are awesome.. it just feels so immersive, and I get to build a town the way I want to where I want to, invite people and give them jobs, and then frantically run around in my limited time closing all of the gaps I've created for myself until I organize people and jobs better. All the while, I'm slowly unlocking new buildings/tech, and waiting for my son to eventually grow up and take over. I'm really not sure what's special about this formula, but for some reason this game has gotten me fully hooked.

There is just.. so much depth in this game. Even more on larger worlds ;)
I picked this up years ago, played a good chunk, and put it down mostly. Recently with the final patch I found myself starting fresh and putting TONS of hours into a game world... and I'm just about ready for hardmode. Seems like a lot of additional challenges and more content, like it's taken me this long to leave the newbie area in an MMO. You cannot argue with the hours of entertainment vs. the price.

Just completed all but one achievement (so much fishing), and bought the game for my son. He's loving it as well, definitely give this gem a look.

I haven't played a shooter in a while, and this is absolutely hitting the spot during quarantimes. Mindless slaughter of hellspawn. Occasionally challenging puzzles. Best of all - replay a board with cheat modes to grab anything you missed without having to work as hard. Solid game.
