Ubisoft took away my ability to play The Crew (2014) by revoking my license and shutting down the servers. I gave the sequel a try - big mistake.

Where The Crew (2014) had a solid progression system, engaging car handling, and a world that felt alive, The Crew 2 feels like a shallow, lifeless downgrade. The driving physics are floaty and unresponsive, the world feels empty, and the game leans heavily into gimmicks like planes and boats instead of focusing on improving the core driving experience.

Ubisoft will just pull the plug on this game too - just like they did with the first one. Spend your time and money elsewhere - because even for free The Crew 2 isn't worth it like every other Ubisoft game.
