I'm in my mid 20s and feel like I'm unable to keep up with today's COD players. Call me crazy but the game has gotten a lot faster since MW2 2009.

Tactical shooters are at my pace, but if you can find your way into the evershifting gears that spin at 300 MPH on this game, then you will have fun. Outside of the competition, this game is very fun. I know people hate on Modern Warfare 3, and 2, hell, even I had some things to say about this HQ business and MW2/3, why not even throw in the fact I tried to refund MW1 on Battle.Net cos I'm unable to play it! (Campaign doesn't load, stuck on infinite load with the line on the screen). These are all stories for another day. But even with me saying all of this, I think a lot of you will enjoy the game.Personally I don't see the point in buying all these skins because you can't see your character outside of the lobby, but at the same time if it makes people feel like their experience is catered to them then fair enough.

All in all if you want something to play that isn't BS and you know what you get every time a new one comes out, then by all means. At least you don't have to open crates on CS2 and hope for a skin worth more than the $2.99 key you spent to open it.

Fun af. Just needs more customization and more places to go. More jumpscares too plz. And I love how the cat gets fatter the longer you stay in lobby lol

UPDATE November 21st, 2023:
Game is good but they haven't fixed their bugs. I'm tempted to think they just got fed up and decided to leave it for the next game, since they're in active development for 2K24. Still though, pretty ridiculous to say the least. If I play a custom attire variant of a regular wrestler or a custom wrestler and my opponent plays a default wrestler, my payback attributes disappear (resiliency, move thief, etc, all of the two i picked). There seems to be just always issues with this game's fighting. I can see why no e-sports exists for it yet. Still a no for me cos it's almost 2024 and they haven't fixed preliminary bugs that can break an online gameplay experience.

Honestly, I love this game. It could be perfect, it's such a step up from 2K22. In everything, graphics fidelity, the roster, bringing back old legends like The Bella Twins, the multitude of John Cenas to choose from, acknowledging both the Ruthless Aggression Era in showcase, as well as the Attitude Era, the soundtrack, the custom entrances, it's great.

But I have to point out something. And that's this:
"A problem has been detected in your match. As a result your match has been replaced with AI. Would you like to keep playing?" - This is STILL an issue in 2K23. Now I don't know why, or if they plan on fixing it, but we've spent a lot of money on this game man, and the longevity of this game relies on its community, yes the community creations is cross-platform, but the multiplayer is just PC players. How can we play long term if we keep getting "a problem has been detected, your opponents have been replaced with AI" everytime we play War Games, etc?

If this issue was fixed, you would have a grand slam 97 overall (pun intended) WWE 2K game. It's everything you want, and more, but the online issues make it so difficult to give this a positive review.

Amazing game. Just very confusing and a lot of point A to point B but when Resident Evil is known for small maps with layers and mazes to each layer you get used to it! ( Unless you played 5 & 6 :D )

I treasure this game to my heart's fullest capabilities.
