Game is now playable but there's still work to be done.

I would prefer to install the assets locally instead of streaming them like in FS 2020, but there's no option for that.

I don't recommend it for newcomers unless Valve fixes the bot issue.

High quality Portal 2 mods are few and far between.

The last couple of patches have really made a difference for me. Though the game still uses tons of resources, but it's been surprisingly stable with no crashes in hours so far. I'm currently running the game on 1080p with all high settings on my 3060 Ti with DLSS set to quality. Frame rate has hovered around 70-100+ fps with only very few dips below that. I'd say I can probably get away with 1440p given that the areas where it does dip seem to be CPU bound scenarios.

I'd recommend this game now if you have very similar specs to mine, given that it's now really playable for me.

If you value mods then please don't buy this. Take-Two Interactive is doing eveything they can to stop players from modding the single player portion of this game.
