Sony has taken back their PSN requirement so that it is no longer needed to spread democracy! Now I am writing a positive review to spread the good news.

You must channel your inner potato so that you can learn the way... of the brotato.

A very fun addicting game where there's multiple classes to try out. SImplistic on the outside, but with the variety of weapons and items that you can use, theres many ways to victory.

Would heavily recommend. Very addicting

Before I praise the game, let me start off by saying this game is absolutely not worth $40 or even $30 dollars. Nowadays when some $15 dollar games offer more replay-ability than this game, I can't justify this kind of money for how short this game is with little to offer in terms of gameplay.

Why then would I be recommending it? Because this game is the most grotesque, other worldly, and disgustingly beautiful art piece I've ever experienced and it's a damn shame it's so short (5-6 hours) because it truly left me wanting more.

All I had was questions for everything I saw and experienced. What the hell happened here? why the hell did this happen here? what the hell is going on here? what the hell is this? what the hell is that? WHAT THE HELL?! and I just loved the atmosphere and world building that it built and created. Believe every reviewer when they say this game is DEPRESSING. Like you might think "yeah of course it is, I've seen screenshots and videos" No, you do not truly understand until you experience it yourself in full glory.

This game is mostly a walking simulator with puzzles and extremely light diet gunplay. It really should have leaned into either being a walking simulator with puzzles or an atmospheric shooter that was more but it sits in this weird middle ground where it's lukewarm to either genres but excels in the art department.

So while the gameplay was meh, I really enjoyed what it did offer in all the other areas and therefore, I'll recommend it at a discounted price.

Easily one of the best "casual games" out there. You literally just move your character, but typically your mindset goes from "I hope I don't die!" and slowly evolves into "Let's see if they can even touch me" as you gallop straight into chaos.

It has a lot of content for being so simple in gameplay and that's really thanks to it's addictive nature of what kind of weapon combos can you set yourself up with to absolutely obliterate the hordes of the undead.

For $5 bucks, it really is stealing with how much this game provides you with entertainment.

I live... again

As a big Blood fan, I can't recommend this game enough. It's got everything that you'd want.
Evil cultist, great soundtrack, beautiful levels, and two double barrels of absolute blast (literally)

The whole game just feels like a love letter to Blood in all the right ways and with a lot of new modern additions to it that really made it stand out from being just any "generic retro shooter" and I loved every bit of it. The fact that this game is only $10 and made by ONE PERSON?! absolutely insane. It's an instant buy in my book.

My only complaint would be that it was short. It took me about 6 hours to complete the main campaign and I was taking my time with finding secrets and just exploring. I do understand why it's short and "episodic" but it will leave you craving for more, no doubt.

Caleb would be proud.

This game may be short but the impression it leaves on you is insanely large. Atmosphere, story, and especially the sound design makes this game hella worth the price.

I recommend it.

I also need to change my diapers.

Writing this review in excitement for the announced The Wolf Among Us 2.

If you're unfamiliar with Telltale games, essentially you're in a very interactive movie (and as the case with TWAU, a very good movie) where you can point and click and make meaningful decisions.

This game has an amazing story and the soundtrack is incredible. Plus the whole idea of all the fairy tales you grew up with being in the REAL world and they're all very gritty... really puts a fun spin on the whole thing.

With the recent re-release of this original masterpiece, now has never been a better time to start up or jump back into
The Elder God's of boomer shooters... id's Quake.

An assortment of weaponry, dungeons and castles, disgusting otherworldly creatures, secret items and levels deep within the dark corners of Quake's madness, and Trent Reznor's eerie soundtrack is all that will haunt you in your play through of this beautiful dark classic.

While I am incredibly biased towards Quake 2 (nostalgia purposes and never having played Quake 1 growing up)
Quake has truly bumped it's way up to being on the list of my all-time favorite games to have experienced and played.

The darker tone and mood, the maps (especially the newer Dimension of the Past and Dimension of the Machine expansions), H.P Lovecraftian enemies, the sounds, the music, the classic jump grunt all clicks together to make it unforgettable.

It's also worth noting that with this package, you can play Quake easily from the new "remaster" version or go to the unmodded, complete original. A fantastic addition!

Now, Shub-Niggurath is awaiting her forces to overtake Earth and other dimensions... get to it, Ranger.
