Would definitely recommend. This is one of my favourite games of this genre. Larian has done an excellent job of building a world that feels great to immerse yourself in, with many secrets and hidden easter eggs/fun encounters. Excellent voice acting and animations that make the characters feel distinct.
Some critiques include the balancing of some encounters, eg. large numbers of even low level enemies that the 5e base game makes hard to defend from, and a larger number of bugs in the later part of the game (which are being fixed, to be fair to Larian).
In conclusion, if you think you may like this game, you probably will and should buy it immediately.

One of the best games I've played. The atmosphere this game is able to build around you is honestly amazing and despite the room around you being itself against you, you can still feel in CONTROL.
You don't buy this for the story, although you can get invested in it, you play and stay for the world.
