Game is good. This review isn't about that.

I'm running a 5950X and an RTX 3090, game only works for me if I disable ray-tracing. Isn't that the whole thing about this update? You can't load into a save with RT on, the game will crash. You can't turn RT on once you load into a save, it will crash. Come on CDPR.

Cute, short and got a few laughs out of me. Costs as much as a bag of chips and lasts twice as long, worth the price.

The UI/UX is an unfortunate unnavigable mess, if you accidentally open the battle pass menu you're forced to click through its features instead of being able to back out of it. The menus poorly communicate what you can and can't play based on its godawful free to play (but not this gamemode, please buy DLC) model that doesn't even link back to the steam store or tell you what you need to buy in order to play it.

Very rough around the edges, but an interesting experience. I'd love to see movement have momentum especially with the ski mechanic existing. Soundtrack is fantastic, though music cues cut in and out abruptly with combat starting and stopping.

Game is incredible, devs listen to community feedback and are constantly updating it. Each update adds refreshing new content that isn't just more of the same like most live service games, from gamemodes to weapons to enemies, everything has a unique visual identity without each category being overpopulated.

Game performed well until I was through with the tutorial, then I dipped from 120 FPS average to below 50 with incredibly bad stuttering at 1440p. My system is a Ryzen 5800X, RTX 3090 and 32GB of DDR4-3600 CL16 RAM. Raytracing did not impact my performance whatsoever, so something's wrong and performance is being limited by something else because RT should have a big impact.

I love Arkane, I want to support them. But this is unacceptable for top of the line hardware to perform so poorly on an *okay* looking game. I'll consider re-purchasing the game if these issues are fixed.

Please help. I have 30 hours in this game and I bought it two days ago. I need to do schoolwork.

Game was a wild ride. Hoping CDPR does well with the DLC.
