As the PC Gamer said, there are other great strategic-level wargames out there. But I have never played anything like Hearts of Iron 4.

Okay so this is just an achievement spam game. Actually maybe just maybe with a little tutorial it could be playable. Still
if you are not looking for achievements DON'T BUY THIS CRAP.

2nd best game of GTA series. It's good but the Games for Windows LIVE just driving me crazy. But i recommend you to buy it.
