It's casual XCOM. It lacks a lot of things that make XCOM games superb. There is not similar attachment to your squad as they cannot die, things don't go south as fast as in other XCOM games. There is no careful traversing around the map. But then again, it's casual XCOM. If you don't crave Ironman Legend type min-maxing and sweating, then this game will suit you just fine. I really like it.
