The story is really fun and humorous. The characters are interesting enough to actually want to follow their story. The customization aspect is good. There is so much to do for completionists. I recommend this game to anyone who loves storyline and a doesn't mind a little RPG aspect.

The GTA Online part is when the game starts to get really fun. I'm not sure how enjoyable this game is when you play alone, but I have a ridiculous amount of fun when I play online with friends. There are so many different things to do. You can mess around and kill random people or steal cars and planes or helicopters. Or you can play some mini-games where you either race or shoot eachother, or both.
Then there're the heists. This is when you get together with other people to accomplish multiple missions to complete a goal. You designate each person to a role and each person fulfills that role in order for the mission to run smoothly. Sometimes it gets complicated, which is fun.

This game is super fun, especially when you have friends to play with.

When it comes down to it, there are games from the past that are totally not worth. However, since this game, Fable, was the first and the best in the series, I would have to recommend those to play this game. Whether you enjoyed it years ago on the orginal xbox or computer or not, this game is a beautiful, addicting, single-player game. It wont take up too much of your time, you'll enjoy the story, and most of all, you can ♥♥♥♥ with people so hard. In my first play-through, I chose the path of light and justice. The game was amazing. Then I realized that being an evil mother ♥♥♥♥♥♥ makes this game about 10 times better. In most games, I have a hard time being evil; I just feel bad for these NPCs and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ with their "lives". Then I grew some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ balls and chose to ♥♥♥♥ with everything these bastards hold dear. It's really easy to be evil if your real-life morals don't come into play. And one of the best parts is that in the beginning, when you're a child, you can't get in trouble for evil deeds. You can be a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bully and mess with everyone, beat the ♥♥♥♥ out of the random kid who wants his teddy bear back, and still be back in time to give your younger sister her present.
Just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ drink or get stoned, and play this game for a night or two. It's totally commander Warf.
