Played this for nostalgia reasons.

It's still a fun, silly little game that doesn't take itself too seriously. Even with the visually remastered version, in my opinion this still holds up graphically in it's own way. There's just something charming to me about how the game looks.

The soundtrack is fantastic, and even better than I remember. Some tracks are reused a bit much, but I don't mind that too much (also, game old)

The morality system was a good proof of concept when this game came out, but there's not a whole lot of depth to it. There's not that many branches quest-wise where you can go down the path you want.

My biggest complaint is probably the combat. It's fun, but it's too easy to exploit. I'm not a fan of difficult games, but I'd be worried if you couldn't breeze through this one, with how many opportunities this game gives you to become insanely overpowered. Potions have no cool down, and they're easy to come by. There's no shortage of experience if you pay attention to the combat multiplier system. You get access to two sets of armor that are pretty much the best armor outside of the post-game very early on. Any of the trouble with this game I had was with clunky escort missions.

If you want a chill game that can keep you busy for a day or two, with a sense of humor and a surprising amount of side stuff to do, this is worth it to pick up and play through.
