After Yakuza 0 breathed new life into the franchise and brought it global recognition, I think Kiwami 2 wraps up what it started and put a nice little bow on the remake duology of the Kiwami games. Really enjoyed it the amount of content from substories to minigames. Combat was a blast, as always. I played 100% of the game on Hard and enjoyed it from beginning to end. Was a nice challenge towards the endgame, but nothing frustrating or unfair.

Looking forward to being a family man in Yakuza 3.

My first Yakuza game.

There is enough side content in this game to absolutely dwarf most games by itself. The main story is awesome. It's heckin' badass. Mahjong isn't that hard. Kiryu is badass. Majima is badass. Race toy cars. Run a cabaret club. Become a real estate mogul. Eat all the food. Throw money around like pimp daddy Kiryu. Watch some gravure models I guess, you weirdo.
