Hi everyone! Adam and I have tackled a bunch of reported issues, mostly small but some that were preventing progress for a small set of players. Changes detailed below:

Fixed grenade spawn issue
Fixed final boss animation glitch after rapid damage
Fixed final boss sequence player getting trapped in fence
Fixed mini-boss alternative defeat not counting for the achievement
Fixed some environment colliders to prevent trapping the player
Fixed some typos
Fixed some UK English spellings into US English, so as not to break the V I B E
Fixed German gift shop puzzle translation

Expectations for hard mode?

Obviously the no brainer is for it to be harder than the actual main game, like more enemy damage, more aggressive enemies, less healing items, items healing less % and the common hot stuff but theres a few things i would like such as maybe alternative puzzle solutions, alternative endings or side quests like being able to ahem... save *certain* characters or maybe the ability to unlock even more costumes for Mara. What are your expectations or wishes for Hard mode, or the upcoming updates in general?...

Fixed an issue in a corner of Haunted Hilltop that would trap Mara in place
Fixed an issue that would cause Mara to look down at her boots forever
Fixed an issue when using the wrong item in the Haunted Hilltop lock while playing with keyboard controls that would stop the player proceeding further in the menu
Fixed an issue where a particular secret unlockable item was set to the wrong sound channel and was always audible

SPOILER Did Mara just lie in monologue?

When you find a random pool table where Mara notices people left in a hurry, she makes a comment that her "first" boyfriend taught her how to play pool until she started beating him at it. The odd thing about that comment is that she's already a minor during the game, not to mention it's implied that she spent much of her time in a hospital due to her strange infection until she was able to escape. > SPOILERS FOR THE MUSH ROOM! < To preface, I played and S ranked this game on Xbox, not steam. I absolutely love this game, it is superb! Immaculate vibes, gameplay and great characters all around. This is one of the best survival horror games on the market and is especially good if you're looking for the classic resident evil or silent hill style of game. The controls are put together in a very smart way so that they give the feeling of old survival horror and the difficulties of doing basic things like moving and shooting but while staying 1 to 1 and not feeling annoying at any point unlike a lot of older games with the same type of controls. If you like resident evil 1 play this, if you like silent hill play this, if you like this genre then play this game! Completely deserves the 99% positive reviews it has right now unlike a lot of hyped up games Ive seen.
