You have to make an EA Account and login to play at all. No offline mode with optional online login.

The 'Skirmish' mode you can't turn off the time limit or adjust things as freely in the options.

They basically turned it into some mishmatch of Mechwarrior Online or CoD but in C&C where you unlock things and have a profile that has performance history.

I don't like it. And i had to go through trouble to play it since it wouldn't run without a specific dot net runtime.

on top of that, asides from my personal opinion of the game itself, this also is another negative for EA, who won't even let me login with my own password to change my email and they want bank info that i dont have to change the old email.. it's trash. straight burning garbage of trash. i hope their company collapses in 2025 so i can dance on the grave of it's failures.

I've had this game for years pre-covid. Looking back, it's ironic that the WHO was secretly using the 'cure' as a bio-weapon and the virus as an engineered excuse to take the bio-weapon. That's like a paradox within a paradox. I guess thing's really worked out for Plague Inc: Evolved. I love this game. There's a whole bunch of achievements and creative combos.

it's stable for the most part. i've only had 1 or 2 glitches in 18 hours.

my issue is with the economy balancing. a school playground shouldn't take 5k$ or more to operate. the nuclear power plant should be producing enough electricity to cover it's costs, or what's the point. a solar farm costs just about as much to run as the nuclear power plant. the services like hospital and police stations take like 200k$+ a month to run. it's kinda impossible to play through, especially if you want to stay a smaller town and work up gradually. the game forces you to expand in leaps and bounds to chase the unlocked buildings, but even if you start out with all tech and buildings unlocked, using the best buildings doesn't offer any economic benefit. and if you start off with all buildings and unlimited money, you can't get achievements. writing this post from launch, whoever balanced this game is a sadist.

This is my favorite way to use my headset. I like that it doesn't require internet (even though it asks the firewall), and i like the custom scenery from the workshop (i like the church one). It has loads of nifty features built right in to it. Please consider supporting with a purchase.

After many years and around 200 titles, I'm proud No Man's Sky could be the first game I felt compelled to earn all all achievements and get full completion. I've enjoyed the many free updates and all of them have brought meaningful enjoyable content, which after attaining completion am I able to fully appreciate and enjoy as the game-play is indeed still full of re-play value that I haven't even began to realize and there is still more free updates planned. Top 1% favorite game on the steam platform. It is a must have, here and on GOG (I bought it twice and gifted it as well). Thank you Hello Games!
