Forever Skies puts players into a post-apocalyptic realm where survival hinges on navigating the skies in a high-tech airship. With some similarities of Subnautica, this game offers a fresh take on exploration and survival.

My experience:

4 - 6 hours to uncover the depths of the storyline.
10 - 15 hours delving into every blueprint and maximizing the ship's potential.
Underdust Survival Elements: The incorporation of survival elements, such as navigating mazes of tunnels and managing oxygen levels, adds depth to the gameplay experience.
Hidden Secrets: Unraveling well-concealed secrets provided a satisfying challenge, often rewarding with valuable loot.
Endless Exploration: With diverse destination types and layouts, the map's expansive nature ensures unlimited loot and exploration opportunities.
Abundance of Unlocks: The game is interesting about unlocks, blueprints, and upgrades waiting to be discovered.

Cons:

Limited Stack Sizes: Many items suffer from overly restrictive stack sizes, leading to inventory management frustrations.
Micromanagement Hell: Starting with a meager 6-slot chest size exacerbates the micromanagement burden, especially given the small stack sizes.
Harsh Survival Mechanics: The initial survival elements can feel punishing, with rapid drain rates for food and water, coupled with energy restoration only during sleep.
Short Story Content: At present, the storyline feels relatively brief, with only one true story location available.

Despite some minor things, Forever Skies presents a promising foundation for a captivating survival adventure. I'm particularly impressed by its resemblance to Subnautica, despite being developed by a different team. Credit to the developers for crafting such a polished experience—I'm thoroughly enjoying my time with it so far.

Buggy gameplay, texture bugs, unpolished game! This is really worst games ive ever played. Wish i had it under 2 hours to get my money back! But steam refund policy is garbage, same as this game, complete garbage!

car goes vrooom, but yes, good game, nice graphics but music is too repetetive, carbon and underground had far better soundtrack. Story felt too short for me.

When I first saw this game, I tought to myself: "heh looks like Terraria, only cooler" And I was right, it is like Terraria, mining, digging only it has awesome quests, better storyline and hellava stuff to explore. Buy it, even early accsess is awesome to play! And modding support is just fantastic.
