Kind Words isn’t the type of game I’d spend hours on or play daily. It’s therapeutic and cathartic when done “right,” but it can be a recipe for burnout if done too much. The last thing you want is to get overwhelmed with coming up with thoughtful responses or get stressed out with other people’s problems.
Balance is key. Also, always remember that real people will read your letters. Kindness goes a long way.
I highly recommend this game, especially if you:
want to try penpaling in a low-pressure way while staying anonymous,
need a dose of kindness, or
wish to offer strangers some encouraging words.
