GTA has always been about a level headed effective criminal who can travel between the various faction of the criminal underground. This story messes everything up by having 3 characters, none of whom never have access to any circle outside of their domain. The comedy is stale and stupid commentary. There's no character arc for any of them. I've played through the story twice because the world is rich enough to make it seem like something is going on, but honestly, it's not richer than San Andres from freakin' 20 years ago. And the story is just awful. And they keep pushing the online as if that was fun. I've tried various modes and it's just not good enough at any particular thing to stick with. The game is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ all the way down.
